2024 Halibut Fishing Season

Marine Area 1: Open May 2 through May 21, three days per week, Thursday, Sunday, and Tuesday. Memorial Day weekend: open Thursday May 23 and Sunday, May 26, May 30 through June 30, open three days per week, Thursday, Sunday, and Tuesday.

Halibut Trips are typically 10 hour trips arriving back to port at 3:30 pm.

When fishing in the Halibut Grounds near the Astoria Canyon we will be fishing in deep water requiring us to drop fewer than 12 rods to prevent tangling gear.
