Customer CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any change in your initial reservation. Cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Full refunds are available for cancellations made two weeks prior to your scheduled trip.

We charge no-shows half the price of the trip on the credit card taken while making the reservation.

Please Note: Unless you specifically request to pay over the phone, we do not charge your credit card when making your reservation. We prefer to swipe your card the morning of your trip.

weather cancellations

Cancellations due to weather will be made the afternoon before or the morning of your trip. Our weather changes dramatically with short notice, and our captains like to be sure that the weather is unfishable before cancelling your charter.

Please Note: Fishing charters that are cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues will be fully refunded the amounts already paid to Sea Breeze Charters.

Boat cancellations

Just like your car, boats can experience mechanical issues! If one of our vessels has a problem, we will call you as soon as our team of mechanics determines the vessel is unfit for chartering the day of your trip.
